Privacy

Introduction
We consider it our responsibility to protect your data and privacy in the best possible way. To this end, we collect, process and use personal data that is necessary for the use of our websites, our offered services and that is necessary for the processing of the business contractual relationship and limit this to the necessary extent. In the following, you will learn how we implement these measures in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data
According to the GDPR, personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, information such as the first and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, online identifier and IP address. If you commission us with the provision of a service offered by us, we collect, process and use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship established between you and our company. If you voluntarily provide us with your personal data, we will process and use this data exclusively for the purposes for which you have provided us with your data. Processing of data (customer and contract data) We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our websites, our contact form and our booking request (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user.

Contact forms
If you send us personal data as part of an inquiry, feedback or message about our services or fill out and send our corresponding online contact form, we process and use this data exclusively to process your request or to respond to your inquiries sent to us.
We do not pass this data on to third parties without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
